The Four-Legged Minaret belongs to the Sheikh Mutahhar Mosque and dates to around 1500, in the Aq Qoyunlu period. The minaret rises on four basalt columns, and you can walk right underneath it.

Local tradition says that whoever passes beneath it seven times will have a wish come true. It is one of the most photographed spots in the old town.
